Dr. Nicholas Whiting is a Board-Certified Optometric Physician in the state of Florida. Dr. Whiting completed his undergraduate studies at University of North Florida in Jacksonville, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences. Following his undergraduate studies, he earned his doctorate degree at the NSU College of Optometry in Davie, Florida

Dr. Whiting trained in primary care and ocular disease, cornea and contact lens, pediatrics and vision therapy, geriatrics and low vision rehabilitation at the NSU Eye Institute in Davie, Fort Lauderdale and North Miami Beach Florida. Additionally, he completed externships at various ophthalmology practices across South Florida with a focus in treating ocular diseases and co-managing surgical patients. He then went on to practice as an optometrist at the University of Florida Department of Ophthalmology in Jacksonville, FL.

Today, Dr. Whiting is very pleased to now practice in the Jupiter area, close to where he is originally from. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Optometric Association, Treasure Coast Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association.
